My name is John Christensen, your Resident Manager.  I have extensive experience in business management.  My real passion has always been using my artistic abilities.  I owned and operated a custom paint shop for hot rods and lowriders.  I also owned a business where I painted and customized firearms.  Living here in Hawaii has been a dream come true and we love the Aloha way of life.  I am very excited to be the Resident Manager at White Sands Village and I’m looking forward to meeting you.

  • Abusive language/behavior towards residents, guests or staff
  • Out of control groups at the pool, BBQ or other common areas

White Sands Village has an Morning Facilities Assistant cleaning Sunday-Thursday 8:15-12:00 and an Evening Facilities Assistant cleaning and patrolling Monday-Friday 6:30pm-10:15pm. If you have an emergency, they can be contacted at 808-896-8674. John 808-896-7642

Annual High Risk Systems Checks

May-June 2026 White Sands Village AOAO performs annual inspections of high risk items in each condo to help prevent potentially costly repairs and or leaks in the future. The following items are checked in each unit and each unit must allow this to be completed on on their scheduled time

-inspection of water valves, water lines and hot water heaters will be completed by a WSV Maintenance we must have access to the unit for 45 minutes

-Inspect lanai for structural integrity, cracks and paint

-Clean out all duct bases through the 1st and sometime 2nd floor fire access panel in the master bath

Owners Renting Their Unit

Your guests will need to register at the office upon arrival. The registration form and instructions are outside the office door. You can also provide your guest with a copy of the registration form by clicking on the link: WSV Registration Form

All guests are required to abide by the house rules. Owners are responsible for their guests behavior. Any fines for breaking the rules will be charged to the owner of the unit, not the renter. Please provide your guests a copy of the abbreviated house rules for guests: WSV Guest House Rules
